AirCaps made a real difference for me when I go to a show. I went to the theater and didn't miss a single line of dialogue. I still need to try them out on other occasions, especially at the movies. I love them. Thank you for this amazing invention!
AirCaps are great for hearing impaired. As I have gotten older my hearing has deteriorated and I have had problems understanding conversations in noisy environments like restaurants and the like. Air caps solve the problem. My companion’s conversation comes through as text on the glasses right in front of my eyes. That is terrific insurance for comfortable visits. I now wear the glasses almost all the time.
My hearing loss occurred at age 37, thirty years ago. I have severe to profound loss on the left side where my hearing aid helps tremendously, and profound on the right. I read lips well, but I work as a surgeon and in an operating room I have to deal with masks. I work with an incredible and supportive staff, and so my disability has never really been an issue.
