We are extremely unhappy with AirCaps! We couldn’t get them to stay connected and begged for help. We got one AI assistant after another. No help! Then we hired our 20 year old Indiana business school student to help, but after an hour, he gave up trying to get them to work! We decided to return them and followed the instructions perfectly only to have the box sent back to us! Hopefully, a real person will contact us and we will get our money back! So unhappy!!!
I had to spend time learning how to use the glasses—but I had the help of a very responsive, unflaggingly patient tech support team. I also found all of the add ons totally useful and wished I had ordered a complete set from the start. That said, the glasses are transformative for me. AirCaps made a real difference for me when I go to a show. I went to the theater and didn't miss a single line of dialogue. I still need to try them out on other occasions, especially at the movies. I love them. Thank you for this amazing invention!
AirCaps are great for hearing impaired. As I have gotten older my hearing has deteriorated and I have had problems understanding conversations in noisy environments like restaurants and the like. Air caps solve the problem. My companion’s conversation comes through as text on the glasses right in front of my eyes. That is terrific insurance for comfortable visits. I now wear the glasses almost all the time.
