They text you the Technicians assessment of your vehicle with pictures! Instead of just a phone call where they tell you what’s wrong and you just have to take their word for it, you can actually see pictures to confirm. They are professional and personable, do the work in the time promised and were priced under what the dealership wanted to charge. We highly recommend and will be going back to them for our next repair.

My daughter's car needed a new alternator not only did they tow her car in but they got it fixed the next day! The prices were good and the staff excellent!
My son is in school, at Akron U, came home for the weekend because he was having car trouble. TransCraft was able to fit his car in on Friday morning and finished by 5pm, so he could get back to college over the weekend. Car is running much better, with 2 new tires too!! We will be back at Christmas break for the other 2 tires. Thank you Chris, Debbie and the rest of the staff at TransCraft!!
