Everyone was has been extremely friendly and helpful!!
Although the majority of the staff are nice and welcoming that does not make it a great title company! The amount of incompetence and having to remind and “babysit” these employees to get their work done to close escrow was extreme. If I would have chosen, I would have NEVER picked this title company (buyers realtor did). ***BUYER/SELLER BEWARE*** Do NOT let your Realtor choose this title company or you will be waiting to close escrow longer than imagined!!
