Dont deserve even one star. Pathetic service. The last shipment sent in May 2025 has taken almost three months and still not ready for clearance in Colombo. They run a monopoly business and doesnt care about the service or the customer experience now as people keep using them. Its high time to choose a different cargo company in Melbourne.
Horrible customer service. I have been using this service earlier but now their always delay with delivery. Wouldn't recommend will move on another service
Im reading all the reviews other Australians have posted and this confirms that their customer service staff are truly very inefficient. The lady at reception shalini has no phone etiquettes and Kaushik who looks after the Indian cargo ,never seems to be on his seat.. My cargo has reached India ,and I have to pay custom,happy to pay, we have requested for a bill from agent in India and we still haven't heard back from their agent in India,and I have been calling the melbourne office 2 days in a row and keep getting excuses..... read more
