Very friendly staff and customer service is very good
Total disappointment! From the intial quote and transport details, everything had changed. Final charges were increased, shipment details altered and delivery late. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.
Extremely disappointing experience. After payment, delivery has been delayed for months with repeated claims that goods remain at port awaiting unloading. The tracking system updates with a new estimated date weekly, making it impossible to plan or rely on their commitments. I cannot recommend this service.
