After my divorce, I needed help with getting my 8 and 9 year old to a better place emotionally. They were acting out and being very defiant. They both see different therapists but they always look forward to their weekly appointments. I can, definitely, see change in them and I love that they try to practice was they learn in therapy when they're at home.
I've been bringing my daughter here for 6 months for help with some behavioral issues. The staff is friendly and the therapist is patient and my daughter enjoys her sessions. I've never heard of play therapy before but they use that to get her to talk. So far, it's going good.
My experience was great! I was afraid to go to counseling because of all the stigmas surrounding it but I really needed to talk to someone. This place was recommended to me by my doctor. The staff was friendly and my therapist was great!
