The TM Center in Northville offers a place for women who practice transcendence meditation to come either one on one or a group. The teacher is well knowledgeable in TM and the center is warm and welcoming.
Since I have started TM, I have had the best sleep I have ever had in my whole life. Additionally, I feel much calmer and less reactive. The method is so easy and the results are very positive! My instructor, Georgia, is so wise and kind, and has helped me get the best of my TM sessions. I highly recommend this method for others looking for calmness and clarity in their lives.
