Craig is such a peaceful & kind soul and I was in good hands for my massage yesterday. He helped me release some tension my body was holding onto not just through the massage but also through his suggestion of breath work. I was literally in awe of his space and especially of the warm welcome I received. I will be returning more in the future

Craig is a very skilled massage therapist. He was a real life saver for me as I developed sciatica in my left leg suddenly just prior to leaving on vacation to Asia. At times I could barely walk 5 feet without being in extreme pain. Craig was able to fit me in his schedule and I got very significant results after just one 60 minute massage. I very much appreciate Craig's skill at healing. This was the best massage I've ever received. I had suffered from upper back tension for many years and he released that so that I have increased mobility in my neck and shoulders. It is remarkable. He also said something that really made an impression on me and helped me greatly. Something like "Thank the tension for getting you through hard times and now say good-bye to it." Wow! Thank you, Craig!
This is one of the two people that I will let massage me at this point because these two individuals are the best hands down. Craig is so empathetic and caring and has such a good soul and heart. You roll up at the facility which seems to be a family home and you are treated with the most utmost pampering and respect. The vibe is very new age and there are a lot of peaceful aesthetics.
