*Unethical Billing Practices and Surprise Bills* I was hit with an almost $900 bill by surprise by this practice. In my years as a client, I repeatedly, over email and over the phone, reiterated that I wanted to make sure my sessions were billed properly and I would not be hit with a surprise bill. I have never had much success with therapy, but my therapist Charles is one of the few people who I have had any success with. A very understanding and caring soul who has helped me through many hard times and helped keep me on a positive and healthy path. Love this place.

I had a great experience with Transcendence Behavioral Health. Dr. Charles Peckham was more than anything I had hoped for in a therapist. He helped guide me to see life in a way that I had forgotten was possible, to regain my peace, balance, and ultimately my happiness. I never had any scheduling or insurance/payment issues. I highly recommend him and this office.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Three weeks in, my first therapist had to "quit" for a short time while allegedly getting a new certification, and asked if I was okay being transferred to a different therapist, which I was- it was important to me to continue weekly treatments. Unfortunately, I had to message her again and again to get on the schedule with the new therapist- something highly uncomfortable for me to do- with her response each time that she would get something set up in the next couple of days, which she did... read more
