One thing that is very important in recovery is to take it slow and trust the process. After doing an inpatient program it was strongly suggested to have my next step to be sober living. Transcend came highly recommended by the program director at the facility that I had been receiving treatment. Upon visiting once I knew I had found my place. Transcend is a beautiful home that has helped many women start their recovery journeys with substance abuse or mental health. The high accountability and 24hour staff is a huge plus when considering their program.
