I went to Kylar because I had a lot of pain in my hamstring while running. My hamstring had been bothering me for a while until one day, I woke up, and it was at such a high level of pain that I couldn’t run without limping. That’s when I decided to see Kylar. ……I can’t say enough about Dr Kylar at Transcend….. I went in for a small problem….. only to find out …… my 55 + body had more issues than I ever thought…… I couldn’t do squats or get on the floor anymore , thinking my bad knee was stopping me……. only to find out….. Kylar has been fantastic to work with. She really gets to know you and what is going on to develop a plan of care tailored to you. She helps you set realistic goals and meet them. I'm only a few visits in but am significantly further ahead than I anticipated this early in the process. Highly recommend!
Kylar has been great to work with over the past several months. I originally came to her for knee pain that I was experiencing while running. Kyler is amazing! She listens to you when certain areas are bothering you and focus on the areas that need attention. She works with you going through different stretches and exercises that you are able to do at home between visits.
