Vivian is operating a poor business and I am here to say I can no longer trust him, his workers or his business as a whole. He has done so much damage to my car, call it unfixable. **★☆☆☆☆** I took my BMW X5M to Vivian for engine repair in September 2023. He promised quick repairs but kept my car for nine months. During this time, he blew two engines and repeatedly lied about delivery dates. He coerced me into believing my motor was coming from elsewhere new, which was false. Transcend Performance is the WORST IN SOUTH FLORIDA. They take MONTHS to fix a simple issue which is absolutely CRAZY. They do not contact you at all or give you an update on your vehicle unless you call which is sickening and unprofessional. They continue to give you the run around and tell you every week that the car will be ready and then they NEVER EVER reach out to you. Look at these screenshots and decide for yourself . The lack of communication and the fact that they've had my car for more than 7+ months and blown my motor multiple times. Let me know if this is a shop you'd like to take your vehicle to. I've lost over $25k my job and most importantly my peace. This has hands down been the worst service I have ever dealt with. I rather deal with racism for a whole year than deal with a business that operates |
