Love the Dr. super nice and knowledgeable but the over booking and hour plus wait times are ridiculous when we first started coming here it was fast service you could be in an out within a hour but now expect a wait
Cost me over $500 for faulty labs done. My potassium registered at 10. I'd be dead. Dr's office told me to come in. I did, and paid. No symptoms. Dr tells me to go immediately to the hospital ER, and I paid. I did. $600 later, nothing wrong. Office and insurance are playing the blame game.
Dr. Mai Vu is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel comfortable, she took her time to make sure I understood where I should be with my health at my age. The office was super clean and smelled fresh. Her staff was super nice as well.
So lucky to have found this doctors office! Have been a patient here for over a year and haven’t had a negative experience yet. Dr. Mai Vue is awesome and thorough in her assessment. Best doctor I’ve had in years!
