After moving to Chicago I went here and took a chance on Miranda. Horrible!! Worst and unprofessional.
I can highly recommend Dr. Anna Zettel at Transcend Counseling Chicago. She is a dedicated, punctual, responsive, kind, and empathetic therapist who is also a great listener, always giving me time (without interruption) to say what I really mean and then responding with relevant information that helps me better identify how to handle any given situation. The admin office is prompt in responding to emails and other requests. I did virtual sessions. I chose to move to Transcend Counseling with therapist Fatima Hashmi (who worked with rooted connections, previously). I have done 5-6 sessions with her. I chose to discontinue working with Fatima because of communication gaps, delays over providing worksheets, updating payments for the sessions from her end.
