When you're tired of being bullied by an unelected HOA board, it's like that. I've had a long standing issue with a downstairs neighbor who did a huge remodel/demo without the approval of the city of Phoenix or the HOA. My HOA that I've been paying into since August 2001 turned a blind eye.. They did zero to help me.
