I placed an order for a small item, and when it arrived, I realized it wasn’t the correct product. I immediately reached out to request a refund, but received no response from the support email I contacted. After waiting two days, I called and was told they weren’t sure whether the item could be returned. I ordered the Fluke 568 IR from this company 3 weeks ago. When I tested it with another thermometer, the temperature was off by 11 degrees. I wasn't sure if I was using it wrong so I called transcat and I was told it must have been something I did and it can't be replaced. but for $298 they can calibrate it for me. I payed $540 for this thing I expect it to be calibrated. This thing is useless if I can't fix it and I shouldn't have to fix it. I would have gotten better customer service from Amazon.
