i personally have used them for 2 years. they're absolutely terrible. during the 2 years that i used them they were never on time. the ywere ALWAYS late. i would never recommend them. if you have a choice, use another company. their drivers are terrible & rude.

This business is a true representation of what a well-run ambulance company should look like. The management staff as well as the emts are friendly and have a professional work ethic that exceeds most other ambulance companies I've seen. If you're looking for a company in Houston, there is a reason this company is at the top. Keep up the good work!!

this company was picking up my dad from nursing home to dialysis three times a week they were always late to pick him up and late to bring him back to nursing home I could not change company because of the nursing home policy. I had to move my dad to another nursing home to switch ambulance service.

I work for Transcare as EMT and the company is a great place to work compared to other ambulance services that the check don't cash and the ambulances brake down all the time. Transcare may be low on the pay , because they spend the money on new ambulance and making sure the employee's checks are good. you can say what you want it's a free country, but Transcare is the best out there. the employees that complain about not getting enough pay, most likely would not be happy any place they worked.

Transcare may be low on the pay , because they spend the money on new ambulance and making sure the employee's checks are good. i think you can say what you want it's a free country, but Transcare is the best out there. the employees that complain about not getting enough pay, most likely would not be happy any place they work.

I used their service to have my mother transported to dialysis and they were always late! They have grown in size and try to run business with minimal ambulances to cut down on cost but patients are the ones who suufer being late to dialysis treatments.

Company has bad employee morale due to new general manager who thinks he can run a private ambulance service when he has no business experience. The only thing he knows is being captain of a local VOLUNTEER fire depatment. Transcare has plenty of good emt's that have lost respect for job and have poor patient compassion and customer service.

My grandmother was transported to radiation treatment from vosswood nursing center and every single emt that i questioned about employee and company morale would say that morale was bad due to low pay and employees who brown nose and backstab other co-workers.

My mother was recently transported to and from dialysis from a nursing facility they contract with and the emts they employ were wonderful but i was deeply disturbed at how much these emts actually make. I was told by several emts that pay should be $13-$15 an hour and transcare only pays $12 if you go to the website they state that they offer competative wages. They do offer some benefits like health insurance but like i was told by several emts that they do not make enough to afford it.
