This company is absolute garbage with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We all know insurance is a scam and they don't care about their customers whatsoever, but this company somehow found a way to be worse than bad. They had a 'clerical error' that prevented them from auto-drafting my monthly premium payment from my bank account, even though they had no problem cashing the initial blank check they require you to send in and had all my bank account info that hasn't changed in over 20 years. A sales man, Michael Casey, came to my house yesterday. He signed me up to take money out of my account and I decided I wanted to wait and think about it and he has NOT cancelled that payment to come out of my account and he has my routing and checking #. Do I need to close out my account just to stop it? The review will stay a ONE until this payment stops!
