I love this company. Michael Sipes is the branch manager and is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has helped us many times with our policies
If we could leave a 0 we would. Its no surpise this company has less than 5 star reviews or masked reviews all over the internet. No Transparency, poor communication, and not pay claims for seniors who have spent a life time paying for their insurance. As an Administrator in Long Term Care I warn anyone considering a purchase through them away. My Residents and Members fight for years to have their claims paid and continue to get denials.
