Do not recommend dealing with these people, 3months later still trying to get a life insurance payout from my mom, complete run around, how do you not have a death certificate when 3 copys were sent by email 1 from funeral, 2 from myself 1 a jpeg 1 a link from a Adobe scan, and a copy faxed to 2 different fax numbers.
Apparently even to just drop off paperwork you got to call and make an appointment, guess its too hard to have a secretary to do that sort of thing
