When you need an answer about your insurance they ate very quick in answering your questions
Terrible customer service, if you can get them to answer their phone you are one lucky person. An agent was to be at my house on June 18, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m. nobody showed up or called to say they were not coming. It is now July 3, 2019 and I just called to reschedule the appt., as nobody bothered calling from Transamerica office in Hagerstown, Maryland 21740. I would not use this insurance company.
