Entire experience was poor. Noone answered at this location. Customer service number is needlessly difficult to navigate and when I finally go someone the couldn't tell me if a call i received from someone claiming to be them was a scam or real. Poor customer service and poor experience.
The representative I spoke with in this office was much nicer and more helpful than the one from the 1-800 line. She went above and beyond to assist me during this difficult time, and I truly appreciate her kindness and effort.
