Account representatives are extremely customer service focused and will try to help. Some of the business practices are antiquated (from the 90's). Overall, they are okay.
Account representatives lack knowledge and provided false information. Spent several days attempting to set up an IRA to invest and was then told that I could not. Bad information and a complete time suck!!!!
Awful don't get them. I have been with them for 23 years. I need them now but they keep telling me they not get any of the paperwork. I have sent 3 times now
Excellent customer service by the lady that answered the phone. She was patient, kind, considerate and answered every question with compassion. She exhibited the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time.
