On the phone for over 1 hour, 4 calls, 4 different persons, rude , unprofessional. They use call center outside US refused to transfer me a supervisor. Keep transferring me back to RUTH the virtual assistant, which keep repeating same message and transferring me back to call center in Philippines. Looking for new life insurance policy now...suspicious activity on my account and can't speak to a supervisor...seriously...
I do not advise this company a good idea, especially if they happen to call you. I received a call and was informed that since my father was a veteran I was able to receive a policy for when I die and who would be a beneficiary. I believe it was for $10,000.00 dollars, monthly payment $50.53 ... after speaking a while I had at first said that sounded awesome as I am a senior and have to policy for when I pass. Run as fast as you can! Try to get an annuity cashed after a death of the owner, even as beneficiary will take a year! Good Luck People!!!
People here are useless and will do everything possible to not let you access YOUR money. They have one job and manage to jack it up every single time
I would leave a zero star review if I could. I took out a hardship load against my retirement. They got it wrong 6 times. I ended up getting evicted. It took them 20 business days to figure it out.
