"Customer Service" is straight up CRAP! Getting to a Rep takes lots of patience. When you do, you get a person speaking muffled English that sounds like a tunnel WITH lots of very annoying background chatter from the Call Center. Was SUPPOSED to get a document sent via e mail last week but had to call again this morning. Simply a PITA Headache just to get one from. I feel for anyone trying to handle a complicated issue.

I am grateful that I was finally able to get rid of this horrible company forever. Transamerica is absolutely a scam and fraud. After 34 years living in the US, I decided to return to my home town in Asia, and requested to surrender my policy and get my cash return back. But they deliberately used all kinds of methods trying to delay this process (maybe to earn more interest for themselves). The customer service rep was nearly impossible to hear. It sounded like there was some kind of computer amplification or feedback of some kind that would cut the voice in and out. Made it nearly impossible to understand what they were trying to ask or explain.
