I have approximately 500 miles on my car since the transmission was replaced, and it appears to be running well. BJ, The Customer Service rep, was very helpful and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair.
They were professional and answered my questions about problems with my vehicle. Car is working great so far and getting recommended maintenance taken care of
Cannot recommend enough! We were traveling to the north woods from out of town and we blew a transmission line and ended up right in front of their shop (what are the odds?). It was a heatwave and we had our two dogs with us, and they let us come inside with the dogs and had the car fixed and on our way in about an hour. Vacation saved! Thanks again!!
The man at the desk went above and beyond! I am so greateful for his help! He looked up to see my vehicle was still under warranty, and called a couple dealerships trying to get me there instead. They ran a diagnostic test, checked oil levels and color, checked transmission and transfer case. The mechanic who checked everything over gave good advice, that I took. I was very pleased overall! Exceptional!
