Lovely staff, and patient. They helped me find a special tea and taught me something new in Chinese. Xie xie
Not a bad place. No one in the building spoke English fluently. But my phone helped with translation. My Mandarin is not passable but I can assume it was seen as cute. I would recommend this place for people who want a more authentic experience in Chinatown (and want to practice their Mandarin/Cantonese :-)).

Very friendly people. I checked many stores to find the right herbal tea, and no one but them had it.
Excellent services and very good communication! I bought some Chinese traditional medicine and could not go to the store, so I had to call the store for the availability of the medicine and alternative recommendations, also asked them arranging the payment for my order and pickup from other people.
