Not a bad place. No one in the building spoke English fluently. But my phone helped with translation. My Mandarin is not passable but I can assume it was seen as cute. I would recommend this place for people who want a more authentic experience in Chinatown (and want to practice their Mandarin/Cantonese :-)).

Very friendly people. I checked many stores to find the right herbal tea, and no one but them had it.
Excellent services and very good communication! I bought some Chinese traditional medicine and could not go to the store, so I had to call the store for the availability of the medicine and alternative recommendations, also asked them arranging the payment for my order and pickup from other people. After numerous costly attempts with Western medicine, found this place which actually healed my Sons arm that had doubled in size practically overnight and extremely affordable. Absolutely nothing the Western Doctors did helped him. I am forever thankful for this place.
