Transtel was installing lines on my property for a local company and some mishaps happened, when we found out the issue was not our fault, transtel was contacted and within 45 minutes they got back to us, let us know wed be reimbursed for payments we made & got us set up to have the problem fixed, celeste was very helpful and nice, apologized for the incident & was who figured everything out for us. Awaiting the final resolution but, 5 stars for this company and employees. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently started working here at Trans-Tel and couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The team is welcoming, supportive, and truly great to work with. Relocated here for $25 an hour and after a couple months of not meeting quota because I was not given a company vehicle like everyone else so four hours of my work day was prep and travel I was never going to meet quota. My salary was to be reduced by $8 to $17 and some change. Also when I was asked how much I wanted and said $25 an hour I was speaking to the hiring manager and HR. Complete lack of communication. My office had them install our camera system last year. The cameras constantly go out. We call and text weekly to come out and fix them as they have been on and off since installation. They schedule someone to come out and don't show; then don't answer for weeks; schedule and no show. I'd pay whatever they'd quote- just come fix our system, please!
