They "rebuilt" my transmission twice within weeks time. Second time was due to "one in a million" repair shop issue. I have heard that the "one in a million" issue happens frequently. After 1,200 miles, I had to have the vehicle towed to another repair shop to replace the transmission. Jim refuses to provide any refund of funds paid for ineffective work. Stay away from this place. They do shoddy work and have terrible customer service.
