RecommendedOrientation and training were very good. (I drive for System.) The pay is competitive and fair. I stay busy and rolling. The shop has improved dramatically over the last year or so, and those guys do a great job. My DM knows his business, and he doesn't micro manage me; he gives me my dispatches, and allows me to get it done. If I need info, gear, or help, it's there.

Not a great company for someone starting out! They don’t seem to be patient and if you decide to stop working for you they put false information on your DAC which is illegal.
