Weak Customer Service – They signed us up and gave us our little starter book and basically let us figure what to do next. They made weak attempts to follow through only after we called. We were promised help with transferring over to a new credit card company and were supposed to get some new card readers too but that never happened. After months back and forth we cancelled. Avoid Transnational Solicitors....at all COSTS ! – I was solictied by Mr.Twist atTransnational as I was going to be opening a small business. This was to be my first business & open 3 days a week. He called for days & finally I carefully listened to him tell me I could rent a Electronic Visa Terminal from them, that they were having a "Special" intorductory offer, the first 2 months free. Do not follow up on promises!! – I have been involved with this company since April 2007. They promise you lots of perks and extras in order to get you to sign up, but once you get approved, get your equipment, and get trained, they get lost. I was promised 2 mos free on my terminal lease, did not happen. I was promised no monthly minimum on my processing fees, did not happen!!
