Cockroaches coming out of drains, lease violations for leaving mop outside, maintenance waking people up at 8am with leaf blowers, water heaters and disposals constantly going out. You have to smoke in designated areas? Skip this ghetto place and go somewhere better.

This was truly the best Appartments I have ever lived in so far, only moved out due to moving out of El Paso would of renewed lease in heart beat! Letty the landlord is highly professional and honest! There is 24 hour maintenance they are always on it and also did not have ANY pest issues clean and quiet surrounding!!! Highly recommend
Would NOT RECCOMEND! End of May still no a.c..NONE! My rent was paid in full. When inquiring about when air will be turned on the Manager letty is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Does not care about the residents health or welfare nor does the management companY. Calls and emails go completely ignored Think twice before you consider making this your home. Slumlords pretty much sums them up
