They did a great job for me.
What horrible service. Had my son waiting 11 hours for transport from one hospital to another. What a racket, especially when the first hospital we were at has its own ambulance service but transmed has the transport contract to the other hospital! Such a delay in treatment can cause issues in and of itself. Someone must be getting kickbacks off of this
I rode up with my mother to Geisinger to have a procedure done. She didn't eat since yesterday. When she was done Trans med was called. We had to wait over 2 hours for them to show. After 2 phone calls they finally showed. She still had nothing to eat. Almost 20 hours later she is getting something to eat.
I am a quadriplegic who was at Geisinger Wilkes-Barre to pick up my wife after a major back surgery. I was parked in a van accessible spot at around 1:15 PM when I returned to my vehicle van # 138 was parked right next to me, blocking access to my vehicle. When I confronted the driver from my wheelchair, he laughed at me and basically said go ahead and contact my supervisor. Have a call into them but they have not returned my call yet.
