We had one minor issue and the idiot technician blew the fuse and destroyed the entire unit and now we have no wall oven or microwave for weeks until parts come in. How is this ok or even legal without any compensation?

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE COMPANY OUT THERE. PEOPLE, STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
Worse service ever!!! I purchased extended guarantee with Comerco and they booked me with Trans Global for a technician to come and fix my washer. The technician called the day of the repair to tell me he would be in my place from 3:00 to 5:00. I took the afternoon off work to accommodate his last-minute notice, and I waited and waited, but he never showed up.
