Very bad customer service let alone how rude all the workers behind the desk are and not to mention that they pacify customers and tells them they'll call you and they don't. I had a few bad experiences that I want everyone to know. And that's if they don't take down my post which is illegal. But they did twice. So some idiot young dentist pulls my tooth and breaks the one next to it and never told me. I had to find out the hard way. And when I called back, they kept giving me the run around and disconnected me several times... read more

Great experience and nice people
This place is awsome, they are affordable and do only what's necessary, I have two girls and brought one to a kids dental office and I had a $300+ out of pocket payment and then brought my other daughter to Trans Dental for I swear the same procedure and paid only $25. I couldn't believe it. I send everyone I know here. They even accept Medicare and Medicaid. I work with seniors and most have mass health and recommend all of them to Trans. My whole family come here. Highly recommend.
