Guys are friendly courteous and they tried to help me out the best they could
I highly recommend NOT USING THIS PLACE!! They screwed up installing my son's clutch when we called it's conveniently under new ownership so we are just out almost 1600.00!!! What a joke and terrible way to do your customers!! This is what happens at this place alot and has for years!! I wish my hubby had let me know I'd have told him not to take it here!!! So find an honest place cause this place is HORRIBLE!! MY SON'S CAR IS NOW AT A DIFFERENT PLACE AND AGAIN COSTING US A FORTUNE BUT WILL BE DONE RIGHT!!
Had shocks and struts installed on 2015 Ford Edge took 3 days to accomplish this as parts were not ordered until I dropped car off. Fast forward 8 months one of the shocks started leaking they said would have replacement next day to come on in. My wife met me there after work only to find out they do not have part I responded why no call my wife and I went out of our way to get this done. Nothing but excuses. Finally got it replaced. Kermit has done multiple transmissions for me and everytime I have had 0 issues. Latest was a 94 k1500. So far shifts as smooth as my 2019 and reverse works!
I DO Not recommend This service. Took my jeep to them , they replaced my clutch and throw out bearing $1700. After 6 months the clutch was bad. They replaced it free. Now my throw out bearing is bad and they want $1600 to replace it. So much for their warranty.
