This place is an absolute joke. They should not be in business at all. They say there here for you but reality they are not! Barbra DeCosta Is not or did help me at all with my accident. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! She says she’s here for you but reality she is not at all!

Great customer service across the board with fast response times from claims dept. Barbra and Bill handled our fleet’s issue with ease and thorough explanations as to what’s happening along the claims process. Highly recommended to comm or priv fleets who are looking for simple, quick and honest insurance care. Much appreciated.
