Five Stars! – The lady with the supposed one star review is a very bad customer. Why? She got her TIME wrong for her pickup and WAS PAID FOR 15 DAYS OF AIRPORT PARKING BY TRANS CITY CAB IN THE FORM OF A CHECK! So why a bad review you wonder? Because we deducted the taxi fare she would have had to pay anyway! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW EXPENSIVE AIRPORT PARKING IS? Did not show up!!! – Here are the facts. We scheduled a pick-up to the airport. We were told the fair would be $35-$40. They did not show up. We had to drive to the airport at the last minute (fortunately we did not miss our flight). A representative from Trans City Cab informed us we would be reimbursed for parking. When we returned from our trip - I was told to fax the receipt, and I tried 3x but their fax machine was not working. I was told to scan it and email it - but the email was rejected due to their inbox being 'ove... read more
