I've brought my car here twice due to two separate auto accidents (neither my fault!!). Tran's did an excellent job both times, they went above and beyond both times! The first time I chose them because they were on my insurance's provider list and had good online reviews (I researched). The second time they were not on my insurance's list but I specifically requested them and was allowed to use them. Friendly, fast, and efficient auto body shop. I was in an accident last year, my insurance company sent my car to Tran's Auto Body. When I got the car back I could not find any evidence that it had been damaged and repaired. So last week when an 82nd Ave carwash ripped the driver side mirror off my car I stopped at Tran's Auto Body again. They ordered a new mirror right while I was there. I went back 2 days later and it was replaced in less than 15 minutes.
The team here is really wonderful! They dealt with my insurance claim easily and were very communicative during the process. It was quite fast as well considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Trans Auto Body provided one of the best experiences I have ever had with this type of work. They went out of their way to meet my needs, got the work completed in less than a week and did a fantastic job making my truck look brand new. Beyond the great service and workmanship they provided me a loaner, fixed an issue on my toolbox, provided me with a completely cleaned vehicle when they finished and then saved me on my deductible! From start to finish Andy and everyone at Tran’s took care of me and did what was necessary to make sure my car got fixed. The most important aspect to me was that I was looped in every step of the way. Not only is the work beyond compare, the respect I was given was the best.
