They have been awesome. Very prompt service, good communication and fair prices. They have done a couple of boiler replacements for us and several small repairs and maintenance items over the last couple of years and we have had great experiences every time.
I don’t recommend using this business on any type of open ended hourly rate. I had them install the rough in water system, rough in gas and hook up an on demand water heater for a small apartment. They agreed to do this for time + cost of materials. They were very inefficient and logged excessive hour to complete a very small job. They were very professional and kind. I have an old boiler and they were able to fix it and they didn’t try to sell me a brand new one. Unlike a local very well known company here in town that tried to tell me that I needed to buy a brand new boiler system. They are Just good down to earth people. They called me to ensure I was happy with them and their services. I highly recommend them! I can’t say enough about them!
