I was a tenant with Ben Hodges / Mad-Hunt / Transaction Real Estate or whatever he calls himself now. I paid my rent on time, every month, without issue. I never caused any issues in the neighborhood. I did everything I was supposed to do as a tenant. Ben constantly ignored requests for help / information.
