The hotel was in a quiet area with little traffic and cute cafés nearby (loved Archibalds). A short walk to the ocean and beach street with lots of restaurants, Casablanca was a great place to eat. We walked all the way to the downtown area on Las Olas and were so happy to have a free shuttle to drive us back down to the ocean area. Highly recommended, wish we had more time there.
The rooms require maintenance. No excuse for loose taps, the 2 seater sofa was not level at all and the toilet was unstable. Whenever someone sat on the toilet at night, it woke everyone up 🤬. For the cost of 1 night, we expected a higher level of standard. Service: friendly Location: near the ocean and the very interesting Bonnet House.
STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE! I called this hotel from the airport to ask if they had a room available for a few hours before my cruise. I was very clear that I needed the room until 2:00 PM, and the person I spoke with confirmed availability and gave me a price based on that time. After taking an Uber to the hotel, a very rude, unprofessional, and clearly overwhelmed woman checked me in. During the process, she suddenly stated that I would have to leave the room by 11:00 AM.
