I stayed for spring break from Wednesday to Friday. When I arrived I checked into the room with help from Jasemine (I believe the spelling was different). She was already done with her shift and was clocking out but still decided to show me and my friend around the place, as well as the benefits we receive from staying. We had a great time, only issue is I wish I brought more friends with me!
Great area. Great simple comfy space. Suites are big and have enough appliances if needed. Katrina was extremely helpful in assisting my friends and I, even with last minute requests. Very sweet lady.
They are very good at customer service! Especially Guilermo & Alvaro, they go the extra mile & they gave us beach chairs to use also. And the light in bathroom went out & refrigerator wasn't up to par on coldness, they had light fixed & replaced refrigerator in about an hour. Room was big & comfy with full size refrigerator! Great place & location. Thank you for a pleasant second stay! ♥️
Very big room and Nice staff
I liked the presence of a kitchen, a large refrigerator, two TVs, a living area, and lots of windows. What we didn't like: uncomfortable beds, no kettle, impossible to keep windows open as other guests were constantly looking in, no sitting on the balcony, noisy students constantly occupied the pool, we never used the pool, it was dirty, it was noisy, the remote for the main TV didn't work.
