STAY AWAY from Tranquility Chevrolet and the people who claim to work there. This place needs to be closed down already.
If I could give a zero star I would. Very very unprofessional dealership! I bought a truck from them in February 2021 did in-house financing paid it off February 2022. I still haven't received my registration or Pink slip. I've called multiple times and even driven over there, every time a different excuse or fingers being pointed at passed employee's. Tried calling today and now no one is answering. If your looking to buy a car beware of this dealership! I definitely will not be buy a car from them!
Can I give a negative....we were sold a car from that they don't even own the title ..a year has passed n to this date ....no registration on the vehicle ....they just blame one person n another
this place sold a car under my name and very unprofessional as well. took advantage of me being a teen trying to buy a car and now is giving me papers showing a vehicle is barely out of my name when i have not owned it or even had it for about a year and a few months . terrible now im receiving bills for a vehicle that is not even mine and they have done nothing to fix it. Til this day , workers have blocked my number as they said they will send me a check for ILLEGALLY selling a car under my name and i have to pay their cit... read more
