Visited a dear friend who looks much better, definitely less stressed, than before she moved to Tranquility. She raved about the food, entertainment and helpfulness of the staff.
The team here is horrible with communication and does not give the time of day or even the effort for anyone else but themselves. This place is very selfish.
I love this place
I want to commend employee Rosa Valencia for her outstanding work. She does a wonderful job in the housekeeping unit, and always has a smile and a cheerful hello every day she comes to clean my apartment, plus other days, too. She really is a jewel.
The team at Tranquillity are part of our family. Each and every one holds a special place in our hearts. From the top down they all care, are approachable and truly have our sister’s well being a priority. We are so grateful and sleep well knowing she is in their care.
