MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS VERY MUCH CO-OPERATIVE, GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE IS, THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF ALL RELIGIONS PEOPLE.
Ran over the curb in the valet while we were checking in and popped a tire. $650 to fix. Told resort that they need to make this more visible so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. Unfortunately they couldn’t give us some sort of credit. Wouldn’t you want your guest to not have a bad experience and do something to make it better?
