Amazing
I like the hotel. The wooden furniture is interesting. A big plus is that there is no carpeting in the rooms! It is located in a very beautiful spot. The only downside is that there are no slippers in the hotel! This is very strange for a 4-star hotel.

Absolute train wreck at the front desk. Attending a business conference and have been waiting for over an hour and a half on my room even though check in time has passed. It is a real shame because the amenities are nice, but the logistics are abysmal. There is over 50 people waiting for a room after proper check in time. No continuity between the Events planning start time and the ability to check into your room. Every is one waiting with all of their luggage and gear in the lobby.
