I got a gift card from my nephew for my birthday. I have never had a massage before. I have a lot of back and neck problems I was hoping this would help ease the pain. Everyone was so nice. The rooms are so pretty, smells good, and made me feel relaxed just walking in. Crystal did a swedish massage for me. Just had my first Swedish massage and loved it! It was so relaxing and will be back soon!
Will not return phone calls. I had an appointment scheduled took off work and they told me no one was available to take me for the appointment I made over a month prior! If someone would have called me back after the 30 calls I placed over two weeks maybe we could have avoided this awful situation!
The service performed met expectations for my waxing appointment. However, my aesthetician was severely lacking in customer service. She acted like she did not want to be performing the service. If the goal was to make me feel relaxed and at a spa, this was not achieved. I am willing to try the spa for different services but I will not ask for this aesthetician again.
I had a wonderful hot stone massage with Barbara this morning. I will definitely be back.
Amazing services and April is the best! I love her facials! When I leave my skin glows and I feel pampered. She really bends over backwards to accommodate my crazy schedule :-)
I've been visiting the spa for the past year about once a month for both facials and massage. April is wonderful always great service! My skin looks better than ever and the massages are very relaxing and beneficial. Thank you!
