My massage was great however after having a not so great pedicure, I was offered a refund. I've sent many emails and have only gotten 2 replies. The first a month and a half ago saying they would get me a refund. Then three weeks ago after I sent many follow ups asking when I could expect a check, they finally replied the second time saying they would put a check in the mail that day. Still nothing. Pretty disappointing.
