The massages and facials are first class. Their products are sublime. I like the body crenels so much that I use them religiously. They smell good and address crepey skin. I don’t live in Grayson county but visit a lot. A visit to this spa always makes the trip worthwhile! 💕💕

I received a gift card for Christmas. It's clean and stylish with many lotions, facial and hair products to choose from. The owner is very knowledgeable and listens to where you need relief. My experience was very pleasant from making the appointment to receiving my massage. Highly recommend.
I have dystonia in my neck and back. I feel great today and will definitely go back. Loved the facial also
I went to Tranquility Spa because they have a therapist who is a licensed lymphadema therapist as well as a regular message therapist. The experience was wonderful. Very relaxing and I am feeling much better. The facility was very calm and soothing. I plan to go back again soon for another massage and also I am going to have a facial. Hope to look and feel younger.
