I really loved walking on the warm salt. I also loved the soothing voice telling us about the salt and where it came from. The fresh clean breathes I took were very invigorating. I felt like my lungs got a good cleanse. I now want to buy a few salt lamps for home. �

Well, the people are very sweet and caring. Now for the place....the concept is great. Relax, and enjoy the atmosphere of the cool lights and Himalayan salts and soothing music. As far as the therapeutic part, it was good. Very relaxing mentally but as far as the benefits internally, welllll, not seeing any.
