My mom, sister and I had a very relaxing time here. It was therapeutic and just what I needed after a long work day. Staff was also so welcoming and kind.
friendly staff, relaxing cave, and fantastic atmosphere
It was a very cute, clean and calm atmosphere and we were ready to get our tranquility on. We were greeted by both of the owners and I instantly felt at ease. The cave room was awesome. Super cozy and warm. I was easily relaxed and felt at ease with the lighting and the salt mist that was emitted throughout the cave during our session. It’s been over a week now and we are both still experiencing the detoxing effects of salt cave experience.
Very relaxing and cleared my sinuses!! I’ll be back for a meditation class!

The Salt Cave is 45 minutes of relaxation and healing! We had it to ourselves and was a wonderful experience! The peacefulness was so calming and restful. We will return soon! Thank you for a great experience!
