Stylist left bleach on scalp too long while working on another client and caused chemical burns. The color is also very uneven.
Faith Jett made me feel so comfortable as she colored and cut my hair! The deep conditioning treatment left my hair feeling so soft and healthy! I really enjoyed my experience at Tranquility!
Faith worked really hard to get my hair back to a “normal” color after I made a boo boo and dyed it myself! (Y’all, don’t do that. Leave it to the professionals!) she’s the best!
I loved going to Tranquility!! I got EXACTLY what I was asking for. I highly recommend Faith Jett. She’s fun, beautiful, and professional! Huge shout out to you guys and I will DEFINITELY be back again!!!!
Should not leave orange hair on customers hair and if there’s any should be fixed free of charge. Base color wasn’t left on long enough so now having to go over it. What’s funny is that they curled it styled so we didn’t see it until today.
You guys, the atmosphere at this salon is so inviting & the ladies working there are simply so sweet. I recently got my hair colored & trimmed by Faith & I'm in love with how my hair turned out!! I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone!
Blanca was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed my very bad hair. So glad she fixed me up! Highly recommend!
