My mom sister and I went this Saturday my mom and I both got facials and my sister got a pedicure we were so pleased with all our services all the girls did a fantastic job the salon is beautiful and I even booked a facial for next month thank you tranquility for making our girls day even more special !!!
My daughter went in for prom hair and was incredibly disappointed. She told the stylist her hair doesn't hold curl well, so she would know it takes extra care and product to get the desired results. She also showed her 3 pictures and her hair looks nothing like any of the pictures. My biggest disappointment is the way it was handled. I called and they basically blamed her. Thank you to Maisie! I'd never colored my hair before but always wanted to go lighter- great consultation and she answered all of my questions! she gave me the perfect fit color wise, and also gave me the mermaid hair of my dreams! The outcome was 80000 times better than my greatest expectation, and the experience at the salon was just as great! Highly recommend hitting up Tranquility and scheduling an appointment with the talented Maisie :)
I absolutely loved Masie . I have had the worst experience with trying out new salons and have had my hair ruined so many times since we moved here. Not anymore! Masie is so patient and truly listens to what you want. I haven't been this happy with my hair in a real long time. Thank you so much Masie for making me feel beautiful again.
