They lost two of my nail appointments. I feel that I was pushed off the schedule to accommodate someone. They were all too willing to reschedule and give me money off. I had this issue before and I am never coming back, ever. I walked out. I was not followed and I never received a phone call. I was coming regularly every 2-3 weeks. Just bad timing as I have a party and then vacation. Ugh!!
